The Cirq Story
Hi everyone, I’m Tiale (tee-ah-le. Have fun pronouncing that one!)
Cirq Collective is the result of my love for fashion and passion for sustainability.
After studying a degree in fashion and working in several areas of the industry, it became clear to me how unsustainable and environmentally damaging fashion is. I wanted to have my own little business in the industry, but I knew something had to change.
Meanwhile my personal style was developing, and in the pursuit of building a more sustainable wardrobe I turned to thrifting. From there I fell in love with secondhand clothing and decided that I wanted to share my love for thrifting with others.
And so in 2021 Cirq Collective was born!
About Me:
I LOVE travel and have visited 19 countries so far, but ironically my biggest fear is flying
I go weak at the knees for anything pink or pastel
I’m very proudly half Pacific Islander
In 2021 I married my husband and biggest cheerleader, Andrew, after 8 years together
I have a magnificently fluffy cat, Gimble. He often ‘helps’ with Cirq operations by sitting on my keyboard when I’m listing new items, laying across sewing patterns, and getting between my feet during photoshoots
